Nigel trained and practised in several areas of law before specialising
in property. He regularly appeared in court as a housing duty solicitor.
In his 20 years’ experience as a property conveyancer, Nigel has built
up an extensive following among property investment companies and private investors acting in all property matters from straightforward property sales and purchases to complex refinance transactions and overage agreements. He is also instructed in landlord and tenant work.
In addition, Nigel heads our wills and probate department and can assist
with estate planning, Lasting Power of Attorney, obtaining Grant of
Probate and dealing with intestacy.
