Julian trained and spent his early years with City and West End firms. 
He has over 20 years’ expertise in property law, both commercial and residential.
In that time, he has specialised in all areas of conveyancing, with a particular
focus on commercial leases.
His experience ranges from acting for professional footballers, smoothing the purchase of multi-million pound homes, to acting for a tenant with multiple
sites all over the UK. Julian is also a trained mediator, and the firm’s in-house Notary.
